It was good this time to get an OP7 here in Georgia, but I don't know why they can not use the technology to get electronic information instead of printing it. Only to show this information to the main office lady and get her signature! They should move forward and start using more the technology. Also the electronic signature!

the guard at the entrance would not me in before the exact appointment time, but would let other people in who had the appointment at the same time.... it took me 1hr20min to get my passport whereas it takes me 20-30min to get in other places. they need to get their **** together. now making the appointment was hard, you cannot make online, have to wait 1ht in phone and sometimes the call gets drop before you reach a rep. i call in one day and the system was down. so i call the next and was able to get an appointment after another 45min of waiting time.

The man restroom doesn’t have a hole in the door as the woman restroom door does! Why can woman have privacy in a public area? Why do they allow woman to be expose like that? You can see the man restroom door has No openings!!!
