Awesome experience great knowledgable staff and advisors every question I had was answered the online appointment was convenient my paperwork was sent by email I signed and set up to rebuild my credit I recommend to anyone with any questions or debt / financial issues they'll answer all your questions and give you the best options for your situation.

I was referred to their Community Credit Counseling as I was in need of serious help with my finances and encouraged by their secretary when I called who told me of all the wonderful "options" they had to offer. So I paid 20 I couldn't afford for a 10-minute conversion with their "counselor" whose only advice was "get a job" (and then they refused to refund my money!). All I can say is I wish I had her job! Another useless top-heavy grant-funded program with no accountability. I don't know bout their other programs, but don't waste your time or money on their so-called credit counseling.

Great intake. Honest people trying to help people budget, get out of debt, and make better choices. Staff and counselor were very supportive and understanding.
