Just meh....Sales people were totally disinterested in any sort of sales or accessories help. I'm not there for a focus group or therapy to get me to my happy place, but some conversation would be nice. Instead, the iPad was more interesting that day. "Locals only" attitude prevalent here. They're betting on their paycheck. And their paycheck depends people buying a bike, jersey or a lousy tube. Totally alienates visitors and locals, especially when there's plenty of alternates in PC. Same goes for the nine on nine location, or whatever the hell you call that part of SLC. Nuff said

Awesome new location, the old barn has some cool character. Just brought my bike in to get a bent hanger aligned and adjusted, the guys in the service area were super nice and had a good talk with a nice fellow in the showroom as well. Always enjoy going into a shop that doesn’t have a bunch of old pretentious kooks.

Came in to rent some bikes, nobody bothered to help us and in the end we were just directed to a computer in the corner to do the booking. I guess they are too busy for my business. Ended up going up the street to Jans and they were absolutely amazing in comparison. Not sure how this place has any good reviews at all.

I'm really happy that Contender has opened a branch in Park City. Contender is one of the best bicycle shops anywhere, and I have been to many high-end bicycle shops all over the world. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is excellent and quick. None better. Although I will still go to Salt Lake to visit the store and my friends there, I will be visiting the Park City store often.

Just wanted to add to the amazing ratings of Contender Bicycles . We needed a last minute adjustment for my derailer , on the 4th of July no less. They fixed it super fast, and were super friendly! We picked up new grips, water bottles and other goodies. Awesome place!! Thanks guys!

Dropped my tri bike to get tubular done on both wheels with extension for presta valves. Nice guys, great communication and price was surprisingly affordable. Definitely will be back, thanks a million guys
