I was picking up ice that our business normally gets on a need basis. There is normally a gentleman who helps, but in May 2019, there was a female that helped me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Like I was interrupting her day. After I told her that she was being rude and unprofessional, and asked for the normal manger. She had the nerve to tell me she was over the manager, like that gave her authority to treat me that way. She continued on and on. I have never been treated that way by any business. So, I walked out and decided not to buy anymore ice from continental carbonics. There is another place we used, but had changed companys due to it being further away, but now I dont mind the drive. At least they treat me with respect. Honestly, I dont know who she us, if she is the new manager, but corporate has definitely made the wrong decision to put her in any position of authority. She definitely is an embarrassment to your company.

I had a fantastic experience at this place. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile. They made sure I had the knowledge to handle the product safely and effectively. I don't understand some of the reviews about the staff. Honestly, they were my favorite part of my experience.

The two gentlemen in the front office were very professional and courteous. I'd never shipped anything using dry ice so I was ignorant of the process. Even though it was 3:30 on a Friday (they close at 4) I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing them. They helped this mom get a Gray's Butterscotch pie to her son for his birthday, who is stationed in Georgia. It made it there cold and in one piece. The special hand written note \Thank you for your service\ was such a sweet touch. I missed it until I got home and was getting everything ready to ship. Thank you again for everything. Customer service is such a lost art but these two fellas got it right.
