I went to car-mart with my son. This would be his first time buying a car. Derek was our salesperson and from the start he was awesome. He spent a lot of time with us and showed us what was in my sons budget. He made a purchase and he loves it . There was no pressure and Derek listened to his needs. The warranty for the cars is very helpful and they have a solid selection for every budget. I would recomend this dealer for new credit or less than perfect credit. They will get you on the road and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Oh and the short terms on the loans is very nice. Ask for Derek if he's there.

My old car broke down, then was totalled by another vehicle when on the shoulder. Car-Mart was very understanding of the situation, and quickly gave me a plan to clear my debt for my old car, and get me into a new car quickly! They were very clear about expectations, how to complete the proper paperwork, and worked with us to get us in a car with a minimum down payment! We appreciate the great workers of the Car-Mart at Conway!

Hope Freedom

Recently got a vehicle. It hasnt even been a week and it already needs repair. I had it taken to a shop and had it looked at. Was told it needed some parts replaced in the engine. I made my first payment early and now i have to have my car repaired. Very inconvenient for me, considering i have a child that i have to make sure gets to his therapy 3 times a week amongst normal everyday things that need to be done. My vehicle will have to sit and be repaired. They dont provide you with another vehicle while yours is getting repaired either. So now what?
