We called Cole's Appliance Repair over our dishwasher! It was a kitchenmaid - the silly thing wouldn't start a wash cycle, but the front panel would light up. My husband and I are new home owners and were totally lost until we called! Cole's Repair sent out Ty to assist us. Ty was awesome! He was here maybe 10 minutes, pushed a few buttons, and we were back in business! Everything about the service call was excellent! Thanks so much Ty!
Our dishwasher wasn’t working and Cole’s came out to fix it through Lowe’s. Very friendly and efficient! I needed to know an exact time that I needed to leave work to meet them and they were very communicative. I also really appreciate when people thoroughly explain to me the issue with what was repaired and the solution and they did a great job of this too.
I found the agent I spoke with to be very knowledgeable of his products and using a minimal amount of questions homed in on the problem quickly , I would highly recommend them
