This Sam's Club location opened in January 2017 and it boast a more updated approach to the warehouse club-style of shopping. Although still a warehouse it has less of an industrial look and cleaner, brighter and better organized making for a more enjoyable shopping experience. Unlike the Little Rock stores, this one is staffed by friendly and accommodating folks eager to help. Generally, the merchandised stocked is the same as in other stores. With the new emphasis on call-in shopping a portico with parking bays for shoppers that use this service is available. Parking here is also better than most other stores as you don't feel like you have to park on the \back 40.

Been shopping here for years never had any problems. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold and then was hung up on by a receptionist. After I called and spent 5 minutes waiting prior. I just needed to know if I had to make an appointment for a tire to be put on my car I already ordered. It's a yes, or no please let me transfer you to the correct dept. I've worked in retail and customer service for 10 years I know when you don't know the answer to a question you might freeze but get a manager. This is ridiculous.
