This is the BEST florist ever! Jessica, Jo, and everyone else are always so friendly and helpful. Every order is perfect and their flowers last longer than any others. They did my wedding flowers which were beautiful and I know I can always trust them to create beautiful arrangements for any occasion from birthdays to funerals.

Had an amazing experience!!! They showed me all they had to offer. Went into details about the specifics and pricing. Worked with my budget and created something beautiful. Their customer service was the best I've ever experienced from a florist. From the welcoming at the door, choosing of flowers, picking of colors, helping fill out the card, assistant with rush delivery, and even showed me what it looked like before delivery. My florist was Tammy and she gets 5 stars from me. They support the military and gave me a discount. I will definitely see them again. Thanks you guys so much. Tammy your awesome!!!
I ordered on-line, a deluxe arrangement called Absolutely Alstroemertia, which consisted of purple lilies and dark green foliage. My son picked up the order. What he got was a mediocre mixed flower arrangement that I could have picked up at a grocery store floral shop, for a third of what I paid. He was told they didn't have a certain type of flower! If that was the case, they could have at least made on effort to keep to the color scheme. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I will never order anything from this florist again. If I could give them a minus star rating, I would. Ridiculous! Post script: I received a call from Tipton & Hurst regarding my post. My money is to be refunded and a new arrangement delivered. I had a nice conversation with the representative and her commitment to make this situation right. I will most likely \give them another chance\ if the opportunity arises. I appreciate the call and time spent with me.
Barbara and her team did a fantastic job of anticipating what I would like and helped me craft the wedding florals of my dreams on a budget. If I had to do it all over again, I would still pick your shop. Thanks so much.
I recently sent a floral arrangement for my father in a nursing home in conway. I live in Missouri. They were so helpful, so thoughtful, and I was so impressed with the original thoughtful ideas they offered and delivered.. They even sent photos of the BEAUTIFUL final arrangement...I would promise you will be 110% thrilled with your experience as well
