I have Lived here almost a year & just renewed my Lease. Any time I've had an "Emergency" Maintenance request, like a Toilet not working or once my Storage Closet flooded due to issues from the next door Apartment, Maintenance has been very quick to respond; even after hours! I've been pleased with Special Maintenance Requests & Staff has been very helpful & courteous with me, both in the Office & the Maintenance Team.

Im a new resident here but but they've changed new management their now called Brookfield Apartments and they are making alot new changes every is starting to look good.

Since New Management about a year ago. The property have been kept very clean. The Maintenance guy is good. The Office staff is pretty good. I would recommend this place.

roach infested. nothing seems to work. trying to move out of this place but so much damages to fix. Through the walk-in everything seemed alright. Complained about the AC not working but they never fixed it. Dishwasher was broken even before i moved in. kitchen counter was crooked even through the walk-in but they never fixed it since then. I hope they can be well aware of their repairs next time they put it up for rent.This whole place needs real good renovation. The electricity is so stell i cant plug in various appliances due to the outlets. Nothing seems to work around here. Cant wait to move outta this place. New management but nothing seems to change here.
