This is the best NRP course I have ever taken, as it is very thorough. The instructor is very intent that you are performing tasks correctly and understand all the steps. All equipment is available to practice all aspects of resuscitation, including much airway practice, IO access, equipment to draw up epi etc - so much that is usually glossed over you will actually practice. I'm going to renew here from now on and also do my CPR and ACLS with Pulse-Keepers.

My wife and I are expecting our first born in the next few weeks, so a CPR class was a no brainer. Ms. Levy was nice, knowledgeable and made time for us on a Sunday to go through the infant CPR class. Cost of the class included the instructional time, a DVD and practice manikins for future use. It was just my wife and myself, so class time was about 40 minutes. We would both recommend.

It was a great experience! I did my ACLS course online and then signed up and registered to take the ACLS skills test here at this site since I wasn't able to do it at my medical school due to campus closure from COVID-19. Eartha was very nice, patient, understanding, and professional and took the time to teach and explain everything and kindly corrected and explained any of the errors I had made during the skills test. She put in COVID-19 safety protocols in place, which I liked. At the beginning, she had me practice my BLS skills before doing ACLS skills to double check and make sure I know how to do high-quality BLS, which I'm glad she did because there were some things I learned how to properly do regarding BLS skills which I didn't know before. She also taught me how to use several different airway devices for giving oxygen and ventilation and how to do proper IO placement with several different devices and where to never place an IO at, which I'm glad she did because that's important to always know. The scenario for the ACLS skills test felt very real, which I liked. At the end of the ACLS skills test, she explained and made sure I understood the different scenarios for ACLS and how the megacodes can differ throughout my clinicals and residency depending on which hospital I'm at, which I'm glad that she did. Overall, I learned a great deal from doing my ACLS skills test at this site with Eartha. It was worth the cost! I highly recommend anyone who needs certification to go and do it at Pulse-Keepers with Eartha! You will have a great experience!
