Why send out interview information if you're never going to call or answer the phone? So unprofessional my benefits will be delayed because of the worker that missed the interview not me and I'm being told to give 5 days yet they are always telling us to be on time and renew so your benefits won't be delayed. . Hire professional people that understand doing things on time. Not a good look.

I am new to the area, and I must say based on the reviews I was nervous to go, but I must say that so far every associate that I have encountered including the security guard was very helpful and friendly. I've visited another office in another county and they were not as nice and helpful. So keep up the good work.
They don’t ever answer the phone . It’s ashame they got all those workers in that office but nobody can answer the phone ? Go to any other county they’re quick , Rockdale shouldn’t even be like this. Very disappointing. I renewed my stuff 2 months ago no call for interviews or nothing . Unprofessional as heck ! They need an entire new staff in that office fr.
This place is horrible. They don't EVER answer the phone. They have lost my paperwork, gave me false information and etc. They deserve to all be fired and shut down .My case worker NEVER answers the phone or emails . I'm 4 months pregnant ,haven't been to the doctor YET because I been dealing with these people trying to get insurance for my 1 year old child and I !!!
