If you have a small business, Level of Tall Oaks doesn't allow you to use this address as business, even if it's for office use. I hear noise throughtout the day and night. Sometimes cats and dogs are in the basement. Pest control should be a regular routine and not a on call basis. And when it's an on call basis, you still have to wait a few more days. There's nothing luxurious about this place. It's an ok area to live. The school system is ok. Flat Shoals Elementary is the school for this area.
I went to go look at this apartment recently. This place has nice, spacious bedrooms and nice sized living room/dining room along with a fireplace. The renovated units are gorgeous but... here's the problem. There were quite a few roaches crawling around both of the bedrooms. That's not a good look for an empty, renovated unit. I won't blame the complex for this because tenants are usually the ones who bring in pests. What may help is putting EVERY apartment on a mandatory, pest control schedule every 3 months or so. It's better to be proactive instead of reactive. It's really a shame because of all of the apartments I went to go look at, this one was my favorite. I just can't do roaches. If the pest issue gets under control in the future, I'd give these apartments a try.
This place is so unprofessional! The manager Andrea is rude and disrespectful, thinking she can call your phone and talk to you any kind of way if your a little late on rent, all they care about is the money. Take forever for service requests, rigged up ac/heat units all they do is patch it up, water bugs galore. Pest control doesn't help! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
