I catered to my man for his birthday. This was our first couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. She put my man to sleep that’s the only time another woman can put my man to sleep with my permission. Both of them was super and we had a phenomenal experience our first time, but it will not be our last. This was definitely the first of many to come. This was one of the best presents that o could’ve ever given Mike. I’ll forever cater and treat my King with Royalty ️ We will definitely be back and we recommend the upper hand day spa with 10 stars. Our experience was handled with excellence from the beginning to the end. Thank you Ladies, you did an amazing job. Mike & Carolita

I came here in high hopes that this was my new place for all beauty needs. Although they have an wide range of beauty, health and overall body products I didn’t find it all that pleasing. The aroma of the salon when I first walked in hits you like a brick. Even though I completely understand that it takes a while to take off a set of nails- I am displeased. More than a couple of my nails are crooked from to much filing and the lady didn’t quiet understand when I said “pink and white.” Ended up having to pick a color instead of why I had explained to her before the removal of the last nails. I was told their wasn’t gel nail polish even though there was a light for them on the table next to us. I ended up coming home with a few nails in tact and not smudged and had to repolish them myself with my own gel polish as well as reshaping. The lady was very sweet however with trying to make conversation . I feel like their could have been better communication about what was expected of the service. Pics: you can see the leftover acrylic that’s now stick to my finger, theres also acrylic stuck under the nail. You can see the nail shapes being crooked.

I've been here 3 times now and I must say they've earned a regular customer now. Katherine is phenomenal, she does excellent massages and body wraps. She's timely, being sure to spend the full amount of time on your services, giving you all your money's worth. Gina is absolutely fabulous when it comes to a good ole pedicure. I love the infrared sauna and Phyllis the owner is very understanding, she realize no one is perfect and we all make mistake and she's sure to rectify/correct the issue if given the chance. I absolutely love this place.

My deep tissue massage with Katherine was amazing! She was very professional and informative. I have very sensitive spots on my back and she listened and eased up when requested. The establishment was extremely clean and they took all necessary precautions in regards to Covid. I even bought some product afterwards that Katherine helped me with. Will be back!!

Was in search of someone who could do a lash lift, which was extremely difficult considering everyone focuses on lash extensions! Came across this business via a google search. Due to a cancellation I was able to get in earlier which was wonderful! My technician, who is also the owner, was very. I’ve and professional. She communicated with me every step of the way to let me know what she was doing. The results of the service were to my satisfaction. I have extremely long lashes, most of which do not curl! I saw an immediate difference in my lashes and will certainly be returning!
