People love to share negative view, but I’ve had a great experience. The office manager went far and beyond to help me with a family member. Monique you’re awesome!!!!!!!
They have good doctors and conselors but these people dont know how to answer their phones. Ive called 4 times today. Im on my fourth time now. Stayed on hold for 1hr every phone call and hung up and tried calling again got the same thing everytime. These people need to learn how to answer the phone. Im about to transfer from them fr. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TF TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE

The management & or owners of “viewpoint health” Ruined all the good, done for all of us mental health patients treated by “GRN”. How could I make an appointment, 1 week ahead, when I can barely handle my own ish?? I’m a mental health patient & expect Me to remember to set up an appointment on my own, exactly 1week prior?? & only see a nurse practitioner, instead of a psychiatrist & still pay the same fee, when I don’t see the psychiatrist???? Extremely terrible treatment of all of us mental health patients... but u don’t care, because you are subsidized.........
