This is not your typical Indian restaurant. It’s so much better! This is home cooked food with love in every bite. The owner is very kind and treated us like family. We made the trip from Nashville and it was definitely worth it!

The service was very friendly. It seemed like the same lady cooking the food was also the host, the server and the manager. I liked the atmosphere when I picked the food. Cool vintage style Indian restaurant. The food was decent. I Bhindi Masala was incredible, the naan was incredible. The korma, paneer and kofta were all slightly above average. It was good but very salty and a little more oily than I’m used too. It definitely had home cooked vibes. I felt like my mom made the meal. My 1 year old daughter ate so much she fell asleep. So there’s lots of things I liked about the experience and there’s not a lot of options for Indian food in the area so I definitely recommend popping by. Price was reasonable as well.
The food was amazing and the wonderful lady who runs it made us feel like family. This wasn't just a meal, it was an experience. The best Naan you will ever eat!
The lunch buffet is where it's at. It's a family run restaurant and the atmosphere is fantastic. It feels like you're part of a mob eating dinner with the family. Very very spicy Indian dinner. haha Great food, great price, great service. Can't recommend this place enough.
The service is absolutely amazing, second to none! The food is so tasty, much better than Persis Indian Grill!! The woman that helped us was so kind and friendly! Everyone should eat here, just for the delicious food, and on top of that service is Five Star!!! Definitely going back every time I'm in Cookeville!!! Try this place out and support the local community!
Arrived 5 minutes before opening. Owner invited me to sit down as she finished preparing the buffet. Food was very good; service was exceptional. Open daily for lunch 11a-2:30p, dinner 5p-10p.
The food is wonderful and prices are affordable! Try the buffet at lunch time! Garlic Naan yummy! Fresh out of the oven!
This is my new favorite restaurant. The service was great and everyone is so friendly, and the food is absolutely amazing. I went yesterday and I’m going back tomorrow. I highly recommend
