My shopping experience was very easy, quick and to the point. I didn't have to search for hours to find the product I needed. When I picked up my purchase I had questions because it was the first time I had bought that type of nail clippers, the sales associate was very polite and helpful. I almost forgot we were wearing masks for a moment. It felt like a real, helpful conversation between two people that weren't frustrated because of masks or waiting for a long time. I would recommend the Cookeville store to everyone! Thank you for your service, for helping me be a better chihuahua Momma and making my day easier! Have a Blessed day!

I called the Cookeville Petco to ask about CBD Oil for my Pitbull who has arthritis. The woman that I talked with was so patient and helpful. She was familiar with the oil and took the time to explain which product would work the best for my pet. She made me feel like I was her only customer even though we were on the phone. She told me to ask a cashier for help when I came into the store. When I came to the store, a male associate opened the locked case and started showing me the available products. He took the time to read the package directions and help me find the right product. The female associate, that I talked with on the phone, remembered our phone conversation and preceded to help, also. She helped me pick the appropriate medication for my pet. Both employees went above and beyond! She even explained the product guarantee! They both made me feel like Jamie (Pitbull) mattered! And that is what matters to me! Thank you, Petco, for hiring individuals who truly care about pets and their owners. Both of these associates are very special people!
