Didn't buy my vehicle here but have had service here twice. Once for a recall, once for an issue with touch screen/ radio under an extended warranty. Both issues were handled great. Jeremy assisted me on extended warranty issue. They were having trouble with programming new module and it looked they would need to have more time with my vehicle. Jeremy explained the issue and instead of having me wait he set me up with a new loaner truck to use until service was complete. Service was completed the next day. Everything seems to be working fine. Everyone at North Country that I had contact with was great. My next Ford Vehicle will be purchased at North Country Ford.

Excellent! Ken was fantastic to work with. He understood that I wanted to fully inspect and test the truck before I would be interested in purchasing it, and he allowed me as much time as I needed to do so without \looking over my shoulder\ or pressuring me in any way. Ken also had the truck brought into a clean bay where I could crawl under/around/into and out of the truck in every way I wanted to in order to be ready to make an offer on the truck (especially as the truck had 157,000 miles on a 2015). Once I was ready to make an offer on the truck, Ken worked hard to try to reach a deal on the price of the 2015 F150 Platinum and my Lincoln Navigator trade in. Even though we were initially far apart on the numbers, Ken continued to work on his end to get to a final number that I was pleased with and we were able to make the deal work. As Ken was going to be out on the day that I needed to pick up the F150 Platinum, Brad helped with the delivery and follow up - and he was great as well! Both Ken and Brad were fantastic to work with and I would recommend them and North Country Ford to family and friends. Thank you Ken and Brad!
