We called to have them unlock our door as we locked our keys in the house. We call, they quoted us 49.99 plus a service fee. 68.99. Sounds about right, a tiny bit low, considering national average to unlock a door is between 70 and 130. The guys show up and say 200. He checks his notes, nothing. He can offer us 150. We told them to leave. This is unreal. There needs to be better communication because something somewhere was dropped. Attached is the note we wrote while on the phone.

Called and let me know they were on the way. Technician was very professional. He also ensured everything was good with new key and old key.
