We just moved my aunt into a newly renovated two bedroom apartment in Bunt II last week. So far our experience has been wonderful. Kate Bosch has been very receptive and wonderful through all of my questions and emails. I am looking forward to my aunt having a wonderful experience living here. Thank you Kate and all the staff at Bunt II for all of your attention and help in getting my aunt settled into her new home.

So happy at Bunt Commons 1. The apartments and grounds are maintained beautifully. The location is great also. Kate Bosch from Eagle Rock has been amazing. The communication via email and telephone is top notch.....thorough and questions always answered in a timely manner. Happy to call Bunt Commons 1 home!

This a beautifully run and managed residence community. I have lived here five years and am very satisfied. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the apartments are attractive. Any concern or repair request made to management has been responded to within 24 hrs. Very impressive!

My daughter and I recently moved in a little over a week ago to the Bunt Commons II complex and we really love our new space. The positive reviews and other feedback played a major part in why we selected this complex as our home away from the city. Kate Bosch (Property Manager) made our transition very smooth and welcoming. She is very personable, friendly and courteous. She helped us every step of the way from uploading documents for the application, to providing all of the customer representatives details to set up our PSEG, NatGrid and Verizon FiOs accounts. Kate responded to all of my questions (and I had many) via email and telephone to ensure that everything was answered to my satisfaction. There was never any delay in communication. I put in a request after hours to have a minor adjustment to one of the appliances and the first thing the following morning I received a phone call from Kate to let me know that Ramon (maintenance specialist) was on his way to handle the issue. Not only was Ramon quick and thorough, he cleaned up afterwards and told me to call the office if anything else needed attention. Coming from a noisy environment at my last location, this is a welcome setting where it is very peaceful, grounds are nicely maintained, and neighbors are friendly. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the town and nearby amenities. We are so ready to start the next chapter of our lives at Bunt Commons II, as it has certainly lived up to the great ratings and so much more!

Bunt Commons II. I just moved in June 1st 2020. First I would like to say Kate Bosch was absolutely wonderful!! I moved from moriches from A complex called Heather woods Appartment’s. Not a safe environment and not a very nice Appartment. Bunt ll I have a brand new Appartment with all the nice finishes. It is quite and people are very nice. For the first time in months I was able to sleep feeling safe. I highly recommend Bunt II in Copaigue NY.
