Highly recommend! From our initial consultation to the installation of our water softener and reverse osmosis system, everyone we encountered at Davis Water was professional, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Scheduling both appointments was easy, and while the installation process took several hours we hardly even knew the technician was here (well, our dogs did, but they bark like that at everyone!). They explained the system well and were patient with all of our questions. We've only had the system for a few weeks and already know it was well worth the money spent - and couldn't be happier to have spent it with a company that we would gladly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied customers!

Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend It was easily apparent that our Akron City water had hardness from the scale build up and chlorine from the smell. I sent in the free water sample from the Big Box store to get a multiple hour sales pitch on a 10k system, and then a similar cost with a national provider that wanted an ongoing service contract. I finally found Davis on the basis of their on line reviews which I am another fully satisfied customer. After submitting my inquiry on their website, I was promptly contacted to set an appointment to get an estimate. Tony arrived actually ahead of time and patiently awaited for me to arrive. He asked me what my concerns were, already having the information, but wanting to hear first hand. He tested the water, went through the house for placement, gave me multiple options and provided real cost versus benefits pros and cons and gave me a no-nonsense, no-pressure quotation. I made my choice and he set it up for a call to confirm, without any haggling/negotiating/deposit/signature. The office called back in hours to confirm a convenient time for install. Todd came out exactly on time fully knowledgeable about what to install. We did a walk through and he started staging the equipment before turning the water off to minimize the time without service. He put in the softener, located the brine tank to an area convenient to access, and installed the RO system and connected my supplied instant hot water system and left everything spotless. After completion he walked me through the operation of everything, no rush, and could not be more professional or courteous. Truly a great experience from a company that understands customer service.

From our initial call to Davis, through the installation of our water softener and reverse osmosis system, and now five years later, they have always been knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and prompt. Our system has exceeded expectations and been beyond dependable. Recently, I needed a new water line connection for our fridge and these folks listened well when on the phone and helped me get the right part for a quick and simple fix. I was able to pick up the part and save without a service call. We used another local competitor in our previous home, but Davis has been far superior in the product, price, and service. I highly recommend Davis.
