Be careful of 4WP. Took my truck in to get new tires and have a squeak checked out on the front drivers side. Tech said they tightened all bolts on the suspension and found that I needed to replace basically the whole front steering components. 2500-3000. Didn't feel right since truck was only 4 years old (53,000 miles) and never 4-wheeled much. Took it to another shop and found out the tech never torqued the suspension bolts, and that 2500-3000 work/squeak was only a loose upper control arm bolt. 60 bucks and out the door no squeak at all. Not the first time had a bad experience with 4WP, they had to buy me a whole new set of wheels due to another tech burning grooves in every wheel lug. Was the guys first day, the store manager said. Again shop around. Funny looking at the stores responses, they only reply and address the positive reviews.

This is one of the better 4WP locations I’ve been to. I am very pleased with the job they did fixing and dialing in my jeeps steerings (death wobble). I would not hesitate to use this location again.

Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I’ve been taking my truck these guys for a year and a half (Since I bought it brand new) and don’t see a reason to go elsewhere. Just wish they were closer to Frisco or Prosper.

Once again they went above and beyond normal service !! I had a coilover suspension halfway installed by a different company and 8 days later they couldn’t get it done . The welding for the coilover brackets was horrific to say the least . Jesse handed it off to his outstanding mechanic and he went to work . He ground out ALL the subpar welding and redone everything!! I cannot day enough great things about this place !! They know what they are doing and their quality control is outstanding! It drives better than it did from the factory. Even though it took a while to fix it was what was needed . I knew when i got it back it would be right . I will never take my vehicles to anyone else that’s for sure . So do yourself a favor and give these guys a call when you want something done to your 4 wheel drive or even two wheel drive vehicle ! I promise when you get it back it will do what it is supposed to do and you will 1000% be happy ! Again i want to thank all the guys that worked on it helped make my Jeep right . Thank you so much 4 wheel parts of Coppell !!
