Got a 700 dollar bill for a Covid test and when I called them they seriously hung up on my wife twice and refused to tell us what we was exactly charged for even though we supplied our social. They are completely disrespectful and I’m filing a complaint with the FTC about there shady practices and what seems to be illegal charging of Covid test.

Best UC I have ever been to! Z the lady behind the desk deserves more than 5 Stars! She was so helping and nice! My Doctor I saw DR. Gonzalez was amazing! I was at ease as soon as she came in to see me- Great Doctor! Very clean- no waiting- any questions were answered right away and very helpful- I would recommend this place to EVERYONE

This place is DISHONEST!! They charged my bf 160.00 and never even saw him. He waited for over 2 hours and a nurse or doctor never showed their face but they want paid 160.00. What?? For sitting in a room!! Terrible terrible place!! Avoid it!!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Seth Miller at CareNow in South Austin. I had a severe bike injury, crashing to a stop, flying over my handlebars, and landing on my right shoulder. Because it was late Friday, I needed to go to an Urgent Care center. I did not want to go to the hospital Emergency Room for fear of all the Covid cases that could be there. Dr. Miller, at CareNow, ended up being the 4th place I went to, 3 days later on Monday, to finally get the help I needed. I had hardly slept since Friday due to the excruciating pain I was in. Dr. Miller was the only one who discovered what was wrong. The first place I called, rhymes with Shmemedy , their policy was to start with a video call with one of their doctors before they will see you in person. They did a video and dismissed me. I begged them to see me, or send me for an X-ray or MRI, but they refused because they did not think I was hurt that badly. I went to 2 other clinics over the weekend where I was examined, massaged, taped, and told to use ice, and rest. But my pain was unbearable and I knew something was still seriously wrong. On Monday morning, I was there when CareNow opened and I saw Dr. Seth Miller who examined me carefully and thoroughly. He listened to what I had to say about what happened and how it felt. And he told me he suspected I had fractured my collarbone. He took an X-ray and he was absolutely correct. The fracture was clear as day. As soon as he put me in a sling, my shoulder area felt improved. I am now on my way to healing. Dr. Miler is the best ! Thank you Dr. Miller. Geoffrey Saft
