I called and asked if I could bring my own parts and the guy laughed at me and said \you got the wrong shop for that.\ I just asked because I wanted to see if it would be an option to keep cost low for me. But I now know that asking a simple question will just result of someone laughing and hanging up. Thanks for the customer service..
