My comments here are about people who actually run the pharmacy and not about staff who are at billing counters for non medicine purchases . Main pharmacists are ok but the people under them who prepare and dispense medicine are very rude. People who go to pharmacies are in need of medicine for their health. There is a general lack of understanding of this fact to the staff at this pharmacy. I do not wish to name names. People without empathy and concern towards fellow human beings shouldn't work in pharmacies. I have used CVS for over 7 years, due to 2 bad experiences at this site i have moved to Kroger which by the way is also open on Sundays.

Bad customer service and hour drive through waiting. choose your pharmacy somewhere else.

I would like to commend the pharmacy staff at this CVS in Coppell. I have a dog that has glaucoma, and he has prescriptions for the same eye drops that humans are given, so we get them there. The staff at this CVS is so amazing, helpful, and understanding. Sometimes we go through the drops quicker than other times depending on my dog's eye pressure, and anytime I call, they get them ready for me quickly and don't give me a hard time if he needs a refill a bit sooner than scheduled. They also keep dog treats at their drive thru window :) Thanks so much from me and from my dog Merle!

I was trained by my college pharmacist that patient would need to talk with pharmacist if they are new to the drug. I got a pretty sensitive drug today (they checked my ID) and there’s no real verbal instructions when I picked up the drug. I went home and read the instructions from the paper that is attached to the medication. The ink is too light that I barely could read anything. I started noticing some dangerous side effects of the drug but I couldn’t read any further. I’m not sure why CVS doesn’t have enough budget for ink and printer just to do their job as a pharmacy. I expect this big box chain to be at a different level of professionalism but this place is no where close to that standard.
