Asked for Pink & white American (the only pink and white nail set listed on menu) and got what looks like just a white tip. Was getting my nails done for a wedding and did not get what I asked for or wanted. The nail tech was upset and said she would not fix, just take them off. Very upset that instead of them trying to resolve the fact that I got something I didn’t want, and earn long term business (as I live right across from the salon and get my nails done every two weeks), they argued with me and charged me full price. Horrible customer service.
From the moment I stepped in, until the end of the pedicure it was an enjoyable and a relaxing experience. Staff was very attentive and the aura during the pedicure was calming. Highly courteous and professional group of people work here. Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends.
French tip nails I got look nothing like I asked for and cuticles look awful. Shape is wonky and each nails is uneven.
I've actually been going here for years before moving out of state. Now that I'm back I'm not sure why I tried another place. These guys are awesome. Fair prices and they fixed the mess nails I had.
