Jennifer is the face of Firestone the moment you walk in. She was very well knowledgeable and did amazing with the customer service. She made sure I was updated about everything. I'm very much grateful to the mechanics who took care of my car. The labor is hard and must be paid for and I'm grateful that there's coupons and rewards that can be helpful to down some a notch. Fast and cordial service work was completed in less time than was quoted. 4 stars just because they weren't the most friendly people. Nothing bad though, just strictly business.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took care of my truck faster than estimated. Social distancing practiced and masks worn by all employees. There is a waiting room with entertainment for your wait.
