Hi everyone! My honest recommendation is never go with Frontier Communications. They charge for something that they didn't work on. Background: We called them last month to upgrade our plan. They mentioned that as the technician needs to come home to put a new router, and they would charge a technician fee of 85. After 10 days, on the day of installation, the technician called and mentioned that he can do it remotely and completed it within 5 minutes. Then, when I called Frontier Communications to mention that it is unfair and asked for refund, they mentioned that they can't refund and if we cancel the service, there will be a 27 cancellation fee. There are many providers that can offer a decent internet these days!! What matters is good customer service, and this is a clear indication that these guys definitely lack the empathy and skills to keep the loyal customers! If Google gives an option, they would deserve no more than zero stars.

Don't do it, take your business elsewhere!! Or... you'll be down like this for over two weeks every month. Then get the whole run-around with accounting and technical support.

They give you a decent deal to start then start taking channels away and tell you that it will cost more if you want it added back. Usually 5 to 8 dollars a month more per channel. Also, they tell us we are getting 500mbps and we are not even getting 10 per cent of that.

Sales rep came to our door with a promotion for a 100 Visa and 1 year Amazon Prime for new customers. We were happy with Spectrum but figured why not give them a shot. The sales rep never bothered to sign us up for the promotion and frontier refuses to honor the valid promotion that was running at the time we signed up. Liars and cheats just to get you to sign up. Don't believe any promotion the tell you you're getting.

ever since Frontier took over the Verizon Fios.. it's gone downhill... no customer support.. speeds are way slower and they charge more. IF i had ANY other option that was even close.. i would switch in 10 seconds
