The best! The facility is very clean, and the staff are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast and effective workout studio.

The cancellation policy and lack of clear communication and charges makes this place an absolute nightmare to exit. The venue itself is great, the saunas are clean, and tidy. The staff are friendly, though at times depending on whom you're working with may or may not know what they need to do to help you out. Functionally, they provide the necessities of what they market well in a clean manner. Towels and cleaner always on the ready which is great. The benefit of being a member in this place vs the eminent cancelation that anyone may face makes this place not worthwhile to any extent. Who would have thought a cancelation process and switching of credit cards would be a 9 month drawn out process. These poor business practices and communication do not favor the customer to any extent.

I am a everywhere member that joined at the Flower Mound location. We recently moved to Coppell and my son wanted to start going with me. I inquired about how much he would be and even explained to them that my membership was initiated at the Flower Mound location. They said 30. I signed him up and even asked about billing. They said I would pay my normal dues at Flower Mound and the 30 for my son would be billed by them. We paid for a towel and a mat(which I have yet to receive)and left. For the past two weeks everything was good. Today I inquired about a guest pass for my sons father who is visiting from overseas. After I left the gym I received a call from the owner. She stated that my son being added at the discounted rate wasn't allowed and he could no longer come unless I registered him for a full membership at 59 a month. She was very concerned with who signed me up this way and came across very rude explaining that they are different franchises. I am fully aware of the different franchises, which is why I asked about billing and how much his membership would be for Coppell only. Clearly the staff are not trained well as they acted as if this was no big deal when I signed him up. I did not ask for a discounted rate, they simply said he would be 30 a month. So I paid for a towel and mat for no reason, and haven't gotten the mat. The owner is supposed to call me back tomorrow, not sure what for. The two young women who signed my son up were very professional. The owner is snarky and rude. I love Hotworx but this has tainted my opinion of them.

i started coming here because i get nervous about going to workout at my usual spot (orangetheory) since they don't require masks in the studio, but this place doesn't really either. i mean they say they do but i see clients walk straight in without one and they definitely walk around the backspace alllllll the time without one also most of the front desk staff doesn't wear a mask either, especially in the evenings. you do get the box to yourself so that's nice but it's ruined when you walk out, and people all around you aren't following the rules. i get it - putting a mask on to walk out when you're drenched in sweat is uncomfortable, but from what i hear so is covid ;)
