Horrible cashier. Customer service is not always great. It needs improvement. I needed help with understanding my ecoupon. The cashier referred me to a lady by the name Lupe who was too busy on her cell phone. She did not look interested in helping me and was super rude.
I used to like that this was a community grocery store and had great customer service. Recently, there is no service! There is only one line for checkout and all others are self checkout. I don’t mind if I only have a few items, but usually I have an entire cart full. If I wanted no service and to self checkout I would go to Walmart- it is cheaper anyway. I actually may as well go there for lower prices since I don’t get any better service or quality of food. I’m so disappointed in this Kroger and lack of customer service.
They always have gone over and beyond on customer service! I moved to Lewisville and I come here.
Nathan In pick up/delivery section of the store was super nice. I needed a mask and I told him I would buy one, he just went ahead and gave me one of his. The employees at this store are always nice and pleasant to be around.
