Landscape company was down a driver. So as the homeowner I offered to pick up 7 plants myself to keep the project on schedule. Even though the landscaper does business here regularly and uses no other nursery for plants they refused to let me pick them up even though I'm not here to make a retail purchase. The guy beind the desk was rude and smug about it too. Chuckling when I showed I was frustrated. Id pay double to never give these people business and will ask anyone who does work for me in the future not to source from here.

Purchased plants that looked green with some brown, and when I asked if plants would be ok, I was told to just water them and they would be fine. I had a professional prep, plant, and water the plants with rich soil. After about 2 weeks plants were all dead. Naturally you would think that when I called landmark to get more plants or a refund, they said, \we don't refund or send more plants.\ I told them a professional installed and maintained, and they said, \ we don't care.\ So if you want horrible customer service, deceased plants, and want to burn your money, I recommend landmark. Btw I would give zero stars if possible.
Overall outstanding nursery. The prices are great, the quality of product is great, and the service is great. The lady at the front desk I believe could brush up on her customer service a bit, seeing as she is basically the face of the company, but other than that I always have a good experience here.
Great service, inventory and quality
Woman that picked up the phone was incredibly unknowledgeable about their inventory. I asked what type of shade trees they carried and she sounded surprised and listed live oak and red oak and couldn't list anymore. I had to individually list other trees one by one for her to respond to whether they carried them or not.
