Conveniently located. High end products available. If you want anything which can come in larger packs then go and buy it from Costco, sams etc. This is a retail only place with prices on the higher side. But I don’t mind because the place is clean, stuffed with merchandise and almost everything is available.

Placed an order for a cake 1 week in advance. I showed pictures of the cake I wanted made which was also made by another Tom Thumb. The baker took photos as well to ensure the decoration would be right. This was suppose to be a drip cake but upon pick up on Nov 8th it looked more like a blob cake. I will try to attach pictures for the previous cake ordered from them and the latest one. I was so frustrated bc this was my daughters 5th birthday and I wanted to surprise her. The older lady behind the counter was understanding but she went to the back to speak with the decorator who was also the MANAGER over the bakery, and came back to tell me she said she couldn’t do what I wanted at that Tom Thumb location. I told her well why wasn’t I called and informed ahead of time so I could make other arrangements? It is totally unprofessional because you are ALL, one Tom Thumb to me. The manager never even came from the back to address my issues or acknowledge her mistake. I ended up having to get my daughter out the car and let her choose one of the cakes on display all of which were totally different than the cake and cupcakes I had ordered. I am livid and appalled by how careless, unprofessional, & tactless these people were. The only two people who were of assistance was the customer service manager and the older lady in the bakery. Everyone else I expressed concerns with were all highly incompetent and unprofessional. The ONLY REASON I GAVE 2 stars is bc my daughter said, “mommy you thought I’d be mad but I’m not, it’s ok” and bc the cake I DIDNT ORDER at least tasted decent. If I can post pics I will post them.

Tom Thumb recently has rubbed me the wrong way. The fruit quality is as low as I have seen. In fact I have moved to getting my fruit at Walmart as it is many times better than what I have been getting at Tom Thumb. Moreover the checkout line usually has four of the six registers closed backing up what few people are in the store in the first place. Add that certain basic items like broccoli crowns are hard to come by makes me actually not want to consider Tom Thumb as my first stop for groceries moving forward.

I love coming to this one. They have a product that I cant seem to find at Kroger or Walmart or even other Tom Thumbs. They just got new self-checkouts, which are fast. And the whole place seems clean. Great place!

I have mixed feelings about this Tom Thumb. The products are usually pretty good quality but they are usually a couple days from being expired and you have to dig around to find one that will last. The employees in the deli are almost always rude to us. So, a normal grocery store experience I guess.
