I moved here a little over a month ago and I don't regret doing so at all. For the price range, don't expect fancy high class apartments. They are just quiet, cozy apartments. You do get what you pay for BUT this complex right here makes sure to take care of its people. The staff is great especially Juan, he helps with everything. I had a maintenance issue and informed Juan and he made sure to take care of it right away, my issue was fixed within 24hrs of me notifying him. I do NOT have a roach problem either, that was my biggest concern since people complained about it. But I don't know how people have roach problems honestly because I'm pest free over here. The enrichment program they have is awesome and is a great way to get the community involved and always looking forward to something. This community is very giving. This place is definitely not your average apartments complex. I will say though whoever cleans the apartment and does the painting needs to do a better job because whoever it was didn't bother cleaning some dead insects and just painted over them so now we have bugs painted into some areas. Other than that everything else is great . I enjoy it here

If you don’t care about your water pressure, not being able to contact the office while they are open and sitting in there, your car being towed when you pay for your parking spot or your parking spot being given to someone else & having to wrongly tow someone else car, maintenance taking MONTHS over even just never doing what you request, then move on in. Juan is great he is always helpful when I do get ahold of someone inside it’s always Juan and he literally is the ONLY good thing on the staff give him a raise for having to carry the whole complex on his back!! but Andy is arrogant and rude never helpful was great when I was signing my lease but since has nothing but an attitude.

Where do I start??? Move in day was horrible, my unit was not clean & it was full of roaches even in the refrigerator. 2 doors had wholes in it, whole in a wall, door frames were broke in several rooms, etc. I moved from out of state, the complex had at least a month to get me a unit ready, this was an epic fail! I was refused a new unit & even to have my refrigerator replaced. I was forced to move into this horrible unit or loose my money. For about 2 weeks certain repairs were made to the unit & I was only offered a \discounted\ parking spot for the inconvenience. Since I've been here roaches still live with me, maintenance response time is at least a week & half long average even for simple things. Juan is AWESOME!!! However, office personnel as a whole can do better with customer service & acknowledging the needs of their tenants.

I would just like to take a minute to give thanks to the staff of Copper Lodge for the exceptional service I received today during my tour of the property. They answered every question that I had to my complete understanding. They were very detail-oriented. I left there today feeling very impressed with Andy and his team. The unit that I was shown was spotless and had every amenity that I look for in an apartment. This is without a doubt a place that I am looking forward to living in.

I have lived here a month now and I really feel at home. The staff are so accommodating and friendly, and all their processes are really simple. The best part is all they freely give to their community members through their partnerships and through their weekly Community Enrichment Program events. Being part of these Enrichment Programs provides the most value any community could offer. The Enrichment staff daily host a variety of events (virtually) every week specially designed in their area of expertise including education for youth & adults, health & wellness, sustainable green living, and community building. It offers so much more than just a place to live, they offer a community family to be part of.
