Wasn’t satisfied with my first order so I told myself, “Let’s give them another shot. Things will be done right on the second”. Boy was I wrong.. After an hour and forty minute drive to “will call”, I was yet again disappointed with my order. I called customer service as soon as possible to inform them of both issues I had and was met with nothing more than a “well thats how we do it” and an insincere apology. Absolutely no interest of resolving the issue on their behalf even after I offered to spend more money on correcting an issue they don’t mention in the item description. In my opinion, just take your loss and don’t even bother with customer service. Read all the reviews on yelp and google before shopping here. Notice there’s no responses to the bad yelp and google reviews? They don’t care about customer satisfaction, just your money.. Remember these reviews aren’t from your average everyday customers.. They’re from public safety professionals who trust and rely on a company to deliver great products and excellent customer service.. Won’t be recommending this company to anymore of my coworkers and close friends.

Safariland dealer with better prices than Safariland. Would purchase from them again. Safariland holsters take 60-75 days and I got mine within the timeframe after ordering. Thanks guys.
