Got prints done for my company and the quality of the work was terrible. Called to ask for a solution (changing paper or printing method) and the owner was extremely disrespectful calling me pickie and saying he was not gonna resolve the issue since I had payed him for the work already. He said he did not care if I went to do business with him or not. I am stuck with work I dont like and cannot use and he refused to give me my money back. Arguing the paper he used for the work could not be used for another purpose at his shop.
