Love Love Love Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi ️ I am a member of the Coral Gables center and all I can say that from the first time I joined I felt at home. So welcomed by all of the staff and members. Even during pandemic times, the zoom classes are amazing and you still receive the same type of love and attention. I highly recommend it, anyone can do these workouts, even kids, my 4 yeal old daughter loves to join the zoom workouts too. If you want to bring positive energy back to your life, please join Body & Brian Yoga Tai Chi, you will be so thankful ️

I've been n interested in Tai Chi for some time and decided to finally give it a try. I came across Body and Brain during a Google search and could not be happier. I found not only a place to learn about and practice Tai Chi and yoga, I found much more. The staff is very professional, yet personable. They are sincerely interested in me, how I'm doing, feeling and how my practice is going. The Center is clean, organized and welcoming. No matter your fitness level, there is something here for you. You'll learn a lot about yourself. I personally love participating in class (with social distancing and safety practices in place) and online. First practice I have found that I really look forward to. Highly recommended!

I originally came to Body&Brain to find a couch for Taichi, but got lucky enough to find a whole system (that includes Taichi) that is more than that. They helped me to find peace in my daily life, sleeping way better is just one of the many benefits from practicing for just 2 months. Highly recommended, super profesional and caring staff

A friend showed me a picture of herself in class doing something called belly button healing. I knew in a very general way that I had digestive issues and that my stomach would keep me awake sometimes at night. It just wouldn't calm down. My brain was always \on\, even when it didn't need to be. I had also recently had back surgery so I was trying to gradually build up my physical stamina. Well, it is hard to describe the practice but think of breathing, internal organ stimulation, yoga, tai chi, meditation, mild calming practice all rolled into one. Am now doing it online by zoom and have been able to go from one class a week, to three classes a week since I don't have to drive to the center and back and waste a lot of time in my car and getting ready, etc. I just put on my workout clothes and I am ready, in my own living room. It is so easy and user friendly. In addition the instructors are available by text/appt to help you in between classes. There are seminars all the time from other teachers online. I have gotten so much in the way of improved health, peace of mind, inner guidance. Just in case you think this practice is for younger folks only, I am 70 years young and I believe this will be a life long practice for me. You do not have to be a certain \type\ to benefit from this practice. I have been to class with all kinds of people and the practice is so individual in terms of all the different benefits it offers. Hard to describe, so just go take a few classes and see for yourself.

I have being practicing in body and brain for more than a year now. This place has given me no other than great experiences. I have learned how to deal with difficult life situations and manage better my emotions. With them not only will you get stronger at a physical level, but also emotionally and mentally. I see life through other lenses now and I’m happy I found body and brain to start this great practice of yoga. Highly recommended!!!
