I called my insurance company and was given the run around. They didn’t want to cover my roof when it was clear all the tiles were lose. I called Ultra Public Insurance Claim Adjuster Co and they arrived on time and with since they knew my situation from my call they arrived with an engineer to check my roof. When we completed the report the insurance company argreed and quickly issued the funds. We got a new roof and we are happy. I believe based on my experience that had it not been for prinestate I would not have been paid.
