Just a short note to let you know my experience with one of your customer service representatives. First let me explain that I am a senior citizen and not very familiar with the computer and doing things on line. Melissa G. went above any beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. She walked me through every step of the claim process, was polite and friendly. It's not often that you encounter a person such as Melissa and I just wanted to say thank you and I never could have done it without her. Hoping the rest of your staff is just as wonderful as Melissa and is able to make others feel the way I have.

To whoever is considering a move. Please note that I truly had the most helpful and curtious experience working with CSI Pros and Encore movers. Kristy and Desiree were more than wonderful as they were patient with my inabilities on the internet and extremely helpful and kind. They truly cared about my move as if I were family. I find that more than rare these days and they both should get substantial recognition for their impeccable job well done and appreciation. They both were eager to help and solve any questions I had. My husband and I had our own business with 65 employees and I do recognize the best of the best.

Typical insurance scam. We submitted all proper documentation and waited patiently for months to finally receive a response that they would pay a fraction of what they owe us. What's the point in purchasing insurance. I thought they were a better company than this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get a claim resolve since December. I still have no idea when it will be resolved. The staff is unresponsive and you will just get looped into a nameless system of being shuffled around.

The mover my partner's mom hired to deliver a piano damaged the piano they delivered, refused to wear masks in our home, acted in a menacing way when they were asked to put on a mask before entering the house and then leave when they disregarded the request (puffed chest, stared us down, etc.), and then on top of it all, they damaged our front door, the custom storm door we had recently installed, and the hardwood floors in the dining room. The damage to the front door was worst. The threshold was destroyed, leaving about 3/4 inch gap under the door. It took a couple weeks to get people out to do estimates (it was around thanksgiving), but we finally submitted the claim the following month (since we had to submit everything together), and we have been waiting for some time now to get a response. Since we are in Wisconsin, which has very cold winters, the wait has been a stressful. Our dining room is basically unusable because it's so cold, our heating bills have skyrocketed, and our house is still cold all the time. We have regularly checked for updates, and we tried to indicate that this was a matter of some urgency because the damage was to the integrity of the home, but we were advised not to fix the front door because fixing it might cause our claim to be denied. This is absurd. There are terms we never agreed to (we didn't hire the company), and yet we are subject to them in order to get the front door of our home fixed.

Trying to get an update on my claim. Kristy's first reply to my initial follow up email approximately 1 month after I submitted my claim was sarcasm, basically telling me they had 90 days to process and I need to be patient. I feel that I was within reason to inquire about my claim almost 1 month after I submitted it to make sure all was ok at that time. It has been over 90 days since I submitted my claim on 8/7/2020 and I cannot get a response. I will be contacting management, filing dispute with better business bureau and filing a dispute through interstate commerce.

I tell you anyone, do not use a moving company or especially have any form of confidence in these people helping you when your items or lost or damaged. They will not help you. I tell you buy your own truck and move your own things. In response to that reply below. You give no one an option but to accept a offer so minuscule. After one dispute, your company doesn't even let someone contest again. Even at the 0.60 per pound that is supposed to covered was not even offered for the things that were lost and damaged. To tell someone how they received support is unprofessional.
