Young man, who was the greeter, was most helpful. He not only told where the baseball belts would be but he saved me many steps By bringing the size and color needed. I am handicapped and use a walker. May the young man receive many blessings for his kindness.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to order online pickup at store. Nice sales and clearance prices throughout store.

Their customer service is terrible. Interacted with 4 different employees. Only 1 was helpful. There was actually a 5th employee but he worked hard to not make eye contact so I didn't count him. It's really not hard to smile or say hello. Poor customer service is a direct result of management. Sad.

just took the beginner bike class.. neil was the instructor and did an excellent job.. what's great is not only did he explain all the steps in how to deal when you get a flat on the road, but he also let us actually change a tube - hands on is best for this kind of class.. and they had snacks and drinks! totally worth it.

Really bad, I spend more than a thousand us. Dollars and the manager Michael, treats me like @&@%@@, really bad just because I ask if is posible a discount! And he embarrassed me infront everyone!! Like a criminal! My cashier was danielle, costumers like us come to times a year! Summer and Christmas!! And the less we spend is 3000 a year in this store only!!
