This store is awesome! Their staff is friendly and always give me great ideas of foods to smoke on my Big Green Egg. Sean delivered my Big Green Egg in December. I enjoy talking to Madison, Jack and Shadi when I come into the store. They are a family run business that shows customer service like my home town. Much better than online shopping.

Great products, great selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff, there just aren’t enough words to properly describe this amazing store. I bought my Big Green Egg XL over a year ago. At the time I had heavily researched the Green Egg and Kamado Joe. I went with the Green Egg for the customer service experience and the relationships you make with the local dealers. To Maddy and Shawn (hope I spelled it right), thank you for your extreme patience throughout my countless trips to the store and answering all of my questions during my research phase. To Richard, thank you for taking care of my warranty issues. Folks, this is why I went with Big Green Egg. I had a warranty issue and I emailed Richard. I immediately got a response that they were on it. You don’t get this with Kamado Joe. The experience of interacting with a familiar face goes a long way. The team at Grill N Propane have become familiar faces and are another great local business that I’m happy to support. If you need a grill, propane, grilling accessories, charcoal, wood, rubs or spices; look no further. Be ready team, my next purchase is a pellet smoker. Thanks again for being amazing.
The best place to refill your grill gas tank. They are friendly, efficient and priced right! In addition, you can get all kinds of grilling supplies!
Very helpful staff. Sean was a great salesman and helped my mom and i find the perfect grill for us. We got delivery and setup of the grill the same day. I highly recommend this store.
This place rocks! I reached out yesterday to inquire about available Big Green Eggs. Less than 1.5 hours later a large BGE was already delivered to my backyard. Such a personable knowledgeable group of employees between Jordan who helped me explore grill offerings to Mike and Chetty who delivered the grill, and helped me pull of a surprise for my dad by carrying the grill through the backyard (they wore masks for the delivery as well which was appreciated during this time). I am thrilled to have supported a local business and am blown away by the customer service quickness of service that you just can’t get elsewhere. I was also excited to learn their large BGE price was over 100 less than I was expecting from the BGE website. Thank you!
