I am a local Realtor and brought a client there. The project started much later than expected and the communication was terrible on the sales side. We are now in construction and the project manager on site has been honest and upfront with all the project timeline. I think going forward it's important to train their sales staff or improve the customer service and communications. My clients and I had to literally go there and take pictures or the project and really push to get any kind of response.

I live here and if you want to live with the pressure of having no where to park and live by this rules : The house next door and mine each got 45 tickets our cars parked on our own pavement. Sidewalk was clear for people to walk by since the car was parked sideways and they still gave us a ticket! Complete nonsense just to make money of the residents Security 1. I signed my contract in Feb of 2019, I was told my home would be completed in 8 months and so it was. Liz, in sales is great and so is Jodi and the construction staff. Liz provided me with weekly updates and Jodi ensured any issues were taken care of. There were minor issues amd they were resolved. October 2020 will be 1 year living in Coral Lago, I'm happy with my purchase. Ask for Liz she is awesome.
Disappointed and Disgusted. My fiancé and I toured this property recently. We had a terrible experience with a sales associate named Vanessa. When we arrived at the property, Liz our sales associates advised us since we were a few minutes early for our 4:00PM appointment, to go ahead and look at the models while she finished up with another couple. We didn't mind... As we were entering the final unit, which was not being viewed at that time, we were told abruptly by Vanessa we could not view that unit and needed to leave because she had others who were in route and had an appointment at 4PM. We explained that we also had a 4PM appointment and were advised to view the unit immediately. Vanessa turned to us and said \Make it Quick\. We felt so insignificant and totally disrespected as if our money wasn't worth the same as \her appointment\. As we began to browse, the other \appointment\ called and she told us abruptly we had to go. Upon being kicked out of the the unit we went over and talked to our sales associate Liz. We explained what occurred with Vanessa and she was dismayed, apologized and personally walked us back into the unit. She was the only thing that saved our appointment. When we walked back into the unit Vanessa who was still waiting for \her appointment\ to arrive...started arguing with Liz and uttered inappropriate comments under her breath. This was quite distasteful to witness from a \professional\. So not only was she prejudice to people of color but overall just a very rude person even to her own colleagues. We only stayed because Liz was wonderful. I really can't believe this happened. I'm completely and utterly disgusted that a company of this caliber would allow people like this woman Vanessa to work here. She is going to cost you a lot of business.
