Laura is absolutely the best. Our house sold after 24 hours of being on the market. Many ups and downs came with our sale, however Laura handled everything graciously, professionally, and efficiently. I have contracted with various realtors in the past who I thought were great. After working with Laura on the sale of my townhouse, I realized none of them came close in terms of expertise, marketing, responsiveness, and her ability to negotiate. She is a master of the art of real estate. When a friend of mine had questions about what to do with his condo, I immediately told him to call Laura. She and her team took care of everything for me. She was even able to \talk me off the ledge\ while I had been stressing out over a detail; she took care of it for me. She has a solution to anything I may consider to be an obstacle. Although there were problems with 3rd parties, such as the HOA and my mortgage company, she took care of it and enlisted the help of other experts.
