Staff was very friendly but had push off a lot of overpriced products to my wife that they said would fit. We'll be visiting them again with several returns that were one to two sizes too small. I'm still giving them 4 stars for their politeness and how clean they keep the store.

I can not say enough great things about this Torrid. I went in to buy an outfit for my cousin's wedding, and Bonnie worked with me for upwards of an hour to find something that I liked. I didn't end up buying anything due to body image issues, but every time I have gone in since then, Bonnie is always so happy to see me and helps me find what I'm looking for. The staff at this store truly care about their customers and I love that.

Bonnie the store manager is amazing! The girls at the Lindale Torrid location had them hold an item for me the day before, and until I was able to come pick it up, and then they honored a sale for me that ended the day prior as well! Bonnie is so sweet and went above and beyond for me. That’s amazing customer service. Thank you!
