My experience at Corbett Heights has been very good so far! I love living here and being in a quiet neighborhood. Management and Maintenance have been so kind and quick! Heather is amazing and she made my move in experience the best it could be... thank you, Heather!

I liked the apartment itself. The cost was high but it Is in Portland. Management was very hard to contact. There was no walk through performed. I moved out without anyone contacting me and had to return keys at a different location that I could not get into until a delivery person let me in. Then, the office person didn't know why I was there. When I told her I was returning keys she seemed confused and had nothing for me to sign. I received only half of my deposit back without an itemized reason as to why money was deducted. They are very unresponsive whether you try text, phone call, email, or through their website. I have tried all ways to contact them and they are equally unresponsive to all forms of communication. It would be nice to know why 136 was taken out of my 300 deposit when I left the apartment spotless With no walk through at the begining or end of lease and no itemization of these deductions, I have no idea why the money is missing from my fully refundable deposit.

We have enjoyed living here for over 3 years. I will echo some concerns folks have had with lack of cohesion/ responsiveness between management teams/ owners along the way. Pretty big bumps in the road, that... loosing leases, etc... yes, we had similar experiences there...However, many positive notes: We have enjoyed living in 3 different floor plans ( 2 One Bedrooms, 1 Townhome) We have enjoyed aspects of each. I really am feeling the current management team, and find the maintenance team(?) outstanding. David has been extremely responsive and helpful again and again, with concerns large and small. He is also very good about communicating with us as to keep dog drama to a minimum. Outstanding employee. Very conscientious. Location works great for our current situation. I hope we do not need to seek out a place for better value. I like it here. Timothy

Lived there one year. Overall good experience. Left because they raised the rent which promoted me to look elsewhere. Found a beautiful place three blocks north, la Stella, which is privately own and run. For the same price my unit is much larger, has a balcony and the same view of SW waterfront/Hood. Oh and private parking lot (at no extra cost). Parking around CH was never an issue for me. One friend did have his car window broken. Biggest complaint about Corbett Height was the noise. Doors were useless in muffling Hallway noise. The Front door slams and shakes the building (I'm told this is fixed now). My advise.... don't live on the first floor (I loved on the second floor. Hallway noise from the lobby area where people wait for the elevator drove one renter away within months of moving in. GM was nice and helpful.

I moved in back in late 2016 and moved out at the end of the lease at the end of 2017. The rent here is high, though I understand it is market price for its premium location and new amenities so I have no complaints about that. I was, however, frustrated by how hard it was to contact the new management company that took charge in the middle of 2017. We had a number of very small issues that we needed to take care of that always took dozens of calls and emails to resolve. I think if the management company had been more personable and easy to contact we might still be living there today, even though it was a bit expensive for our budget.
