Almost every time an order is placed here in my experience, at least one or two items are wrong or missing. The guy running the phones is rude when talking to customers. When I pointed out that 6 of the 15 items I received were incorrect, he didn't respond in any way. No apology, no grunt of acknowledgement, nothing.... Placed a new order, received items, and big shock, one of the pieces was wrong. I knocked on the door, entered the warehouse saying, \hello?\ I'm greeted with a, \What?!\ I told him the order still wasn't right. He clearly didn't care, gave me the new part wordlessly, and I walked away. I'd say steer away from here and give your business to Ferguson, where they're friendly, or at least pretend they care about your business.
