I’ve been a member at this location for over 20 years. The name has changed several times as well as ownership. I feel very qualified to rate the current gym and it’s excellent management and staff. The manager, Dock is friendly, helpful and totally professional. His attitude is passed on to his staff. This is a people business and this staff makes everyone from beginner to pro feel welcome and appreciated. With the ongoing pandemic, they are emphasizing safety and constantly making sure that spray bottles and towels are available for cleaning equipment. This is, and has been my gym of choice thru many years of training and competing and I highly recommend it! D Stamper IFBB pro

They closed due to Covid (understandable) We had paid a full month for March, but they closed half way through the month. They did send an email saying they would reimburse everyone for the second half of the month. Fast forward to September 11th when the governor announces that gyms can re open; they charge us for an entire month, no credit, no notice saying they were re opening. Our contract was up so we ask to cancel and not pay for the month of September because we couldn't cancel the membership while they were closed. They begin to tell me they had actually been open since the beginning of August. We never received any email about this, and they were obviously opened illegally. The staff was rude and gave us the run around. They don't want to deal with people, they just want money.

It's really nice, the staff is always nice and it was just remodelled about a year ago plus it's nice and clean, the cleaning crew seam to take pride, no body wants to be in a dirty gym!!!

This gym is overcrowded and poorly maintained. It is not worth the price you pay every month. I went to cancel, my membership after COVID and kept getting referred to different people. The manager is rude and unwilling to work with people and understand reason. They claim to have sent out emails with the gym reopened but I never received one. I am still waiting to cancel my membership and have spoken with the manager several times. At this point I am being ignored. I would suggest going to the Y down the street because this place is going to rob you.
