We have found that doing business with Cornerstone Properties Inc as a vendor has been an outstanding experience. We maintain several of their communities and have always had very positive and professional encounters with their managers, especially Evon P and Mike R. Their managers seems to be a cut above the rest. In an industry full of less than competent operators, Cornerstone is different. Very good company!

I have been a homeowner in Ballantrae Ridge for over 5 years. Over time, I have come to appreciate the excellent job that Cornerstone Properties does in managing the overall Troon HOA and, specifically, Ballantrae Ridge. I am grateful for both the short-term attention to day-to-day operations (e.g. the guard gate, pool, landscaping) and the actions that maintain the quality/value of our properties for the long haul (e.g. painting the houses every X years; the present repair project on Windy Walk Drive). The care and attention that Mike, Lia and their team put into the community management at Ballantrae contributes to a great ownership experience.

This is a very professional and well run company. All of the staff is customer oriented and caring, especially Karla. She is very knowledgeable and focused, regardless of what the homeowner, issue or problem is she makes sure it takes precedence. I would definitely recommend this company.
