I have been going to this school for about 5 months now and I just don’t understand why the director/ owner of the school has to be so disrespectful. You would think that she would appreciate her students as we are the ones that keep her business going! Instead she talks down to us, treats us like children, and just doesn’t respect us at all. I am paying my hard earned money to better my life! She needs to understand basic customer service. She constantly emphasizes how the school is a business but doesn’t understand the golden rule of business!!! Just give some good customer service and your business will flourish! Instead I will not be recommending this place to anyone! Last tip of advice please do better with your communication. Thank you!
