I love the Aquatic Zone. All 3 of my kids swim here and I can't say enough great things about the instructors. I'm particularly very impressed with Amanda, Kyle, and Ryan. They put in a lot of effort in teaching your kids proper swim techniques and pushing them to be their best. Swim safety is very important and I'm very disappointed now that they are having to close because of new state regulations. When they opened up post-covid , they took a ton of precautionary measures to promote social distancing, sanitary conditions, and hygiene. I really hope they are allowed to re-open as the services they provide to the community are very essential.

I had my son at this facility and I was being overcharged, they told me that they didnt have their billing records up to par, therefore i had to provide the billing statements. After arguing back and forth they finally said they were going to credit me back for what I was being overcharged but could no longer have my child enrolled with them. Hostile and tense atmosphere as soon as you walk in. But Kyle was a great instructor he was very easy going and personable with the kids, and his sister also.
We have been looking all over for a good place to teach our 10 month old water safety and this place was somehow both the most economical and the nicest! A little far from is in Riverside but definitely worth the drive. They will let you join a lesson for free to try it out. My parents and I got to watch as my husband swam with the kid guided by a swim instructor who obviously loves his job (Kyle was the best). Everyone from the front desk were super friendly and the whole experience was delightful. Highly recommend!!!!
Both my son and daughter have been going here for about 2 years now and love it. Staff is always friendly and cordial. For the people with the negative reviews, if you learned to speak ENGLISH and/or taught your kids manners and to pay attention, you would probably love this place as well.
