Everything was Great.. Honestly the front desk girl could maybe just be a little bit friendlier and smile .. everyone else was wonderful and helpful.. and made arrangements to help me minimize my pain thru the test.. also on phone I was told no money was due at appointment.. I got there and was told I needed 106.. luckily they will bill me.. should be on same page .. thanks for great service..

I was impressed by the Corona Comprehensive Imaging Center from arrival to departure. The facility is nice and clean with a professional appearance, but there is also an atmosphere which conveys a welcoming feeling to me as the patient. The staff was professional, courteous, receptive to my needs, accommodating, and patient. The gentleman who prepped me for and conducted my MRI was amazing! He is skilled at starting intravenous access. He helped to calm my nerves, and most importantly, he made me feel at ease and comfortable. This MRI experience was the best I have had so far (and that is saying a lot coming from a patient with metastatic cancer). Five stars across the board for this facility at the Corona location.

Very quick and easy, everyone is very nice and professional. No one leaves you wondering about what's going on, they know what they're doing all the way through and will answer any questions you may have. It's a very comfortable environment 10 out of 10.

This facility is always clean and inviting. The girl at the front desk had no idea that I was dealing with a concussion right now and offered to fill out my paperwork. SO nice.....the technician was completely professional and very friendly as well. I have had many mammograms and this was the most comfortable ever. Luanne Magee

The staff were very attentive from the front office to the technicians. Chris and Sandra were very knowledgeable and the process was quick too. Thank to the three staff that I've interacted with my experience was very effortless and satisfying. Keep up the good work and thank you all.
