Drove to the Corona office and they are closed. Nothing on their website or recording says they are closed. Apparently they have been closed since Covid started . However, they were nice on the phone .

Friendly, professional and knowledge staff here! Very helpful. I hike national Forest trails alot and decided to buy an annual adventure pass instead of buying the adventure pass day pass at 5 bucks a pop when needed. Tip: the ranger there notified me that Day passes can also be purchased at any Big 5 Sporting Goods locations as well as at the ranger station.

An unusual location for a ranger station but it was once surrounded by wilderness. Hot tip: Life Time Senior Pass for only 10 if you are 62 or over. But hurry, the price is going way up. 2017

I was interested in getting senior passes for family members. After looking online, it was stated you could pick up these passes at the Trabuco ranger station, so I called the station to verify that I could bring copies of the family member passports to the station in order to get the passes (to verify age, citizenship) which was confirmed by the person who answered the phone. I then made the 1hr car trip to the station to only be told the individuals need to be there in person. After I made it clear I was told the exact opposite an hour ago, the park ranger rambled abut how she was a federal employee and had to adhere to the rules and the people who answered the phone are only part time employees. I told her these ules\ she was speaking about were not posted anywhere and if so important why wouldn't the people answering the phones be trained on this. Take home: wasted half my day due to horrible customer service at the Trabuco District ranger station.
